Mushroom & Avocado Spinach Salad

For a delicious and nutritious salad, try this recipe for spinach and roasted baby portobello mushroom salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, Balsamic vinegar, and sesame seeds.


- 2 cups fresh baby spinach

- 1 cup roasted baby portobello mushrooms

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


1. Place the baby spinach in a large bowl.

2. Add the roasted baby portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado to the bowl.

3. Drizzle the Balsamic vinegar over the top of the salad.

4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad.

5. Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
