Co-Founder, Certified Master Herbalist & Functional Nutrition Analyst. With nearly two decades of experience in herbal formulation, product development, and functional nutrition, Martin has created formulas for several wellness brands. His work bridges clinical insight and holistic healing, with a focus on helping people feel better through well-crafted, effective herbal medicine.
Co-Founder & CEO Shantelle serves as the visionary behind Herbal Healing Co. and is also the founder of Let’s Be Vegan, a wellness platform that has helped shape the herbal and plant-based space for over a decade. With a background in food, herbalism, and entrepreneurship, she’s built a trusted community and continues to lead with intention, creativity, and strategy.
Herbal Healing Co. is a community-rooted wellness company built on collaboration, growth, and amplifying the power of herbal medicine. We create our own line of premium, high-quality herbal supplements, and we share our manufacturing, marketplace, and consulting resources with other passionate, underrepresented founders doing the same. Our mission is to create a ripple effect of healing, where every product, every purchase, and every partnership helps people feel better, more hopeful, and more connected to the power of plant medicine.
Our Story
Rooted in Collaboration
Herbal Healing Co. was founded by two seasoned herbalists with nearly two decades of combined experience in the wellness industry. Both had spent years developing products, supporting wellness communities, and deeply investing in the healing power of plants. And yet, they kept running into the same systemic issue: lack of access.

Shantelle had built a thriving herbal product line through her platform Let’s Be Vegan but consistently hit a ceiling when it came to scaling due to limited access to reliable manufacturing and fulfillment. Martin, a Master Herbalist and Functional Nutritional Analyst, had spent over a decade formulating for other companies and had built out a full production facility. But after years of working behind the scenes, he was ready to shift course offering his own formulas directly to the people, without inflated pricing or compromised quality.

Their paths aligned at a pivotal moment when one needed reliable production, and the other was seeking greater purpose. That initial collaboration evolved into a shared mission: to create a wellness company that honored traditional herbalism, offered access to underrepresented founders, and delivered uncompromising product quality.
